Refund policy

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made items, digital downloads, and intimate apparel) are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.
